1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing https://secevol.com or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must stop using our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Secrecy Evolution provides Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, VoIP, and Cloud Services. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Managed IT support & helpdesk

  • Cybersecurity monitoring & incident response

  • Risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and dark web monitoring

  • Cloud, VoIP, and data security solutions

  • Compliance support (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, PIPEDA)

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to bypass security controls or exploit vulnerabilities

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Use Secrecy Evolution’s reports, portals, or assessments for unauthorized purposes

  • Copy, distribute, or misuse our intellectual property

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

4. Security & Risk Disclaimer

We follow industry-standard security practices and use trusted third-party technologies to protect client environments. However:

  • No security solution guarantees 100% protection

  • Secrecy Evolution is not liable for losses caused by cyberattacks, data breaches, ransomware, or vendor-related incidents

  • Clients are responsible for following recommended security best practices

5. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party technologies and infrastructure. While we carefully select trusted partners:

  • We do not control third-party systems

  • We are not liable for outages, security breaches, or failures caused by external providers

6. Billing & Payments

  • Services are billed based on your chosen package or agreement

  • Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise stated

  • Overdue invoices may result in suspension of services

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless required by law

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:

  • Secrecy Evolution is not responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from:

    • System downtime

    • Data breaches

    • Loss of business, profits, or reputation

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 30 days

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secrecy Evolution, its employees, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of services

  • Failure to follow security recommendations

  • Violation of applicable laws or agreements

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site and services means you accept the latest version.
